The UK support department is open Monday through to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm (UK local time).  During those hours you can contact us via a support ticket, by phone or by live text chat (by clicking the "Live Support" button on the synoptics.support site).

The USA support department is open Monday through to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm (USA Eastern time).  During those hours you can contact us via a support ticket or by phone.
