Knowledgebase: Syngene
The Knowledgebase article references an attachment, but there doesn't seem to be one!

We have moved the support server and attachments do not appear to have been ported over correctly during the transition.

Please email the support address, stating the title of the article and we will do our best to A: fix the article and B: Get you the attachment as soon as possible.
