Gathering GeneSys Log files

To access the Log files :

 

Windows Start Button > All Programs > Syngene > Support > Collect GeneSys Log Files.

 

Ensure all the checkboxes are marked.

Press “Save to zip file…”

Email zip file to support@syngene.com.

 

To Generate a GeneSpy file :

 

Start Button > Programs > Syngene > Support > Analyse GeneSys Installation.

 

Click the “Spy” button.  Then, once the program has finished, click “Save as text file”.

 

Email the saved file to support@syngene.com
